Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lylaa (the “Service”). By using Lylaa, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What Lylaa does
Lylaa is a personal assistant that, with your permission, reads the transaction and receipt emails in your inbox and sends you notifications about them.
Lylaa is operated by Skrumble Technologies, a proprietorship concern owned and operated by Rahul Shandilya (Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-DL-03-0085948). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Skrumble Technologies.
Lylaa is a convenience tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and its notifications may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check your bank statements and other official records for anything important.
Your Google Account
To use Lylaa you connect a Google Account and grant read-only access to Gmail. You are responsible for the account you connect and for keeping it secure. You can disconnect at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how to revoke access and delete your data.
Lylaa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Lylaa for anything unlawful, or to access an account you do not own or have permission to use;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
- resell or misuse the Service.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of your emails and other content. You give us the limited permission needed to access and process your Gmail data and other information strictly to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
Lylaa, including its name, design, and software, belongs to Skrumble Technologies and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service.
Availability
We provide Lylaa “as is”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lylaa is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. You use Lylaa at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Lylaa. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using Lylaa at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or to protect the Service or others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you continue to use Lylaa after an update, you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
